Membership Information

This membership is for companies/individuals that are actively building, contracting, remodeling, and or developing. Becoming a Builder member will allow you to access the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) Residential Contracts Package & receive industry-specific information.

Associate Membership is open to any person, firm, or corporation, engaged in allied industry or profession in Lubbock or surrounding counties within our jurisdiction. 

Affiliate Membership is for an employee of a current Associate or Builder Member who wants individual access to the association including communication, voting rights, and the ability to serve on committees and in leadership.  Affiliate Membership is owned by the person, regardless of who pays for the membership.  If an Affiliate Member transitions from one Builder/Associate business to another during their membership year, the membership transfers with them.
