Professional Bio
I am originally from Orlando, Florida. I moved to Lubbock in 1985 where I met and married William LaDuc in 1987. Together we have a son, Philip.
I have over 32 years of experience in Business Management, Residential & Commercial Portfolio Management, and Accounting. As the Director of Financial Management for one of the largest property management companies in West Texas, I was able to help turn a four-person office into a thriving culture of 38 employees within just five years. Growing people and developing their individual talent is my passion.
As the Business Manager for Lubbock Land Company, I supervise and lead the company’s operations and employees. I ensure productivity and efficiency including implementing strategies, evaluating portfolio performances, and developing a strong team utilizing our Mission, Vision, and Values.
I have dedicated her professional career to ensuring safe and healthy communities where people and families can build legacies and thrive. I love animals and team up with my family, friends, and community to secure forever homes for our four-legged friends. My husband and I have fostered, raised, and found homes for over 200 animals during our 39 years together.
